The season is now under way for me.
I was 31th at the Ironman 70.3 race in St. Pölten. This hardly qualifies as a good race for me but I feel okay about it since there were some good things in the race and some things I need to work on.

First new blog entry, last race report of the year..an ending or a new beginning..who knows only 2009 can tell but for now I stay focused on the bright future I hope is ahead of me..but after a race like I had In Arizona one can begin to doubt.
