Aleksandar Sørensen just finished in 12th at Ironman Wisconsin 2009.

He swam 56:23, biked 5:08:43 and run 3:03:54 to complete the race in 9:16:40.

It’s about 2 week before the gun goes at the Ironman Wisconsin.
I feel in pretty good shape and am tomorrow doing an Olympic non draft triathlon to wring the last bit of energy out of the old body.
