I had a skype chat the other day. I have skype chats pretty much every day but this was actaully a really cool chat.

“Wonderful, wonderful Copenhagen” is the name of an old song. I can’t remember who wrote it..I have a feeling it might have been the danish poet Hans Christian Andersen, but that is also besides the point.
Copenhagen is where I live, and it is a wonderfuld city.

I am now 3 days into the the first real training in 2009. 3 down 300 and something to go.
And things are going good. I am finding my groove and am enjoying the simple life of a busy triathlete again.
