Finally it’s christmas again.
I live in Copenhagen, Denmark, Scandinavia. Anyone who has never been where might think that our christmas’ are white and cold..but you could not be more wrong.
Copenhagen has pretty much the same weather all year. Cold, windy and rain. Yeah a real training getaway.

Since my race in Ironman Arizona I have been enjoying having off season.
Off season to me means that I will not train for a couple of weeks and then I get back into doing very easy training and not a whole lot of it.

First new blog entry, last race report of the year..an ending or a new beginning..who knows only 2009 can tell but for now I stay focused on the bright future I hope is ahead of me..but after a race like I had In Arizona one can begin to doubt.
